Or, Johnny and Lisa were incapacitated before they were killed (but the tox results don't seem to indicate that they ingested enough to be rendered unconscious).
I really liked the way you wrote this and totally agree the stupid woman and the side-kick kid - I've ruled AG out for a long time and I just can't see TW with a big shoulder bag hauling in bed bath & beyond bags and a role of duct tape it's enough to make you cry talking about smothering people. TW I rule out and kid.
