I'm thinking he was more like a thug to be going around robbing people (which momma probably taught him). Not necessarily tough, but a thug willing to hurt/intimidate others to get what he wanted. I think he would have fought for life unless he was powerless.

Maybe that's why the bitch needed a gun to rob.

And if you need a gun to be tough, then you are obviously intimidated by them, too. You'll behave just like you wanted your intended victims to behave.

Maybe. I still think even a pussy with a will to live would put up a fight against an armed person at the point where it's clear you're going to die, nothing to lose if you want to live. Being compliant while you still think you could live is one thing. When your assaulter pulls out the duct tape, you'd start resisting against two smaller people whom you know, imo. I just don't see the ex-girlfriend and the kid pulling this off on their own for those reasons. I could be wrong...
