She's got menacing and endangering arrests in 1990 and 1993, along with a slew of charges from 1998 to 2001. Hard to believe it would take the victim of identity theft 11 years to realize it. And, damn near impossible to believe LE would not catch on. Her record looks like that of someone who escalated in her criminal activity and whose criminal attitude posed a threat to her own family too. Identity theft, sure...
