Even if he does get the death penalty, it will be yeeeaarrss before he is put to death, there usually, i think, (correct me if wrong) is a long waiting list. And IMO there is just no possible way he IS NOT connected to the crime, whether driving the murderers or him being the murderer himself. Because Im sorry, but if I was wrongfully accused of a crime and my bond was set at 5 MILLION?? Id be freeeeakkking out in court, balling my eyes out. Not calm like him. He knows he was involved, and he's caught. Hes screwed. And I can almost GUARANTEE that if he "snitches" and tells who else is involved, there is nothing NO ONE can do or say to get him the death penalty.
