note: sometimes a speedy trial is to the defendant's benefit, if it is thought that the Prosecution does not have sufficient evidence/witnesses to win in quick order. that is determined through discovery process.
Will we atleast hear something before then, like a motive or whatever else or do we have to wait until it goes to trial? Honestly, if we have to wait until it goes to trial it might kind of suck because I doubt this case will be on TV and the media only tells a tiny bit of details when they report and I hate that!
