Toledo needs a damn good news investigator thats what. People out here are starving for information who is Samuel Todd Williams? Where are his family? does this fellow have a family? we know absolutely nothing about him except his height and weight - we are waiting on a motive and possibly more arrests, in the meantime while we wait a news man should be bringing us information about the bastard that was arrested. This is one of the worst crimes ever committed in the state of Ohio and we need first class reporting thats what!
