Reading the Toledo Blade article the charges against Samuel Williams are changed? It has gone from two counts of murder, two counts of aggravated robbery & one domestic violence, to the above. I checked WTOL Toledo same story.
that means they upped the simple murder charge to aggravated which made it death-penalty eligible. and the kidnapping makes it more serious as well. kidnapping can be just moving a person from one room to another against their will.
