Judge Dean Mandros has only been a judge since Jan 1st.

For the past twenty-eight years, Dean Mandros has served Lucas County as Assistant Lucas County Prosecutor where he is the Chief of the Criminal Division, enforcing the laws against the most dangerous criminals in Lucas County. “As Chief of the Criminal Division, my responsibilities include supervising 27 staff attorneys, the formulation and implementation of policy decisions, felony indictment review, ethics compliance and staff training as well as trial litigation involving homicide and death penalty prosecutions” said Mandros.
