When Madrid was arrested for obstruction of justice a few years back, she was was released on OR. Pled guilty and given a 90 day suspended sentence. That was for lying to police.
Since the court records state that the offense occurred on Oct 11th, I have to conclude that she lied to investigators during interviews after the second arrest. What she lied about is yet to be known.
