It appears, that Ohio is a really giving State indeed! Just like subsidized housing, the truly lazy and worthless who collect welfare can go to college. I bet these losers are scamming this system too! No doubt they do it in Florida!
As for the accused, who knows what her story is.
It appears from the court record that she did not have an attorney appointed. I assume this lawyer was retainded privatley.
