What's the difference from wishing death on someone, or getting found guilty and recieving the death peanlty??

You don't see the difference between someone telling a mother whose son is in a war zone that she hopes he's bombed and killed & a person who commits a crime serious enough that it calls for the death penalty?

i agree that was a fucked up thing to say for a mother who just lost her son, when another mothers son, is fighting for her freedom.
