Yes,several Vasquez-Clarke relatives have ties ( to some degree ) to all three arrested.

I don't believe Lisa knew them,I do believe Johnny knew at least one.
Do you think TW and/or AG knew who they were? Yes
Are you convinced TW was just at the wrong place at the wrong time and had nothing to do with this whatsoever? Yes.
