Yes, yes, yes, don't know but am leaning towards coincidence. For future polls I also think Maytee has anal warts.
I agree with LC's conclusions. Additionally Maytee has had her over-the-top behavior which to me screams guilt. In every crime there's that one person who doesn't shut up. Maytee has given up waaaay too many details as LC pointed out. Loose lips sink ships and Maytee is the breach in the hull.
On the Miranda waiver. It is my understanding that every witness/suspect formally questioned signs the Miranda waiver. I know this is standard in the military (we call it Article 31 rights) and I've had Marines sign them myself. If this is the case the use of it being listed as evidence would be because of the false and/or misleading statements to the authorities possibilities.
