Yes Nina those are very interesting especially the last. The only thing that has shocked me about this murder and the suspects is generally murders as violent as these are almost never one time occurrences, there is generally other violent behavior. Now Sammy seems to have that yet only towards women (maybe it's just to people he feels he can control). Yet everything for Cameo just seems to be anti-social behavior drugs/robbery/etc but I can't remember anything specifically violent. I'm not saying it can't happen it's just odd for this heinous of a crime (beating and suffocation are very traumatic to watch if one is not already displaying socio-pathic tendencies).
My initial belief was that CP and SW went there with the intent of scaring both maybe double teaming Johnny and after both Johnny and Lisa were subdued SW lost control.
Your last bullet though makes me think the other individuals involved are definitely violent and are very prone to this behavior. If the others were violent I have no doubt SW and CP would get violent as group think is very irrational and dangerous.
