We can rule out Samuel Williams being Tiffs brother his mother is DA now her last name changed, it didn't just change yesterday either! but, Lady Cop already stated Samuel Williams is not related to Tiffany Williams.
NightOwl, my point was that the the word was out back in March. As to who was involved in the murders. That is why the question about TW having a younger brother was posited, imo. No one had an answer.
But the question itself was telling (in hindsight) now that it is known that Samuel Todd and Tiffany share a last name. Someone (here at Mock) had heard that the suspected murderer's last name was Williams. So they asked the question. Someone was curious.
That was back in March which happens to be the same month that Samuel Todd Williams had a complaint filed against him for domestic violence. He was arrested sometime after March 23rd and spent sometime locked up before being released on SOR. Looks like he was not released until May.
