Williams signed the waiver to have trial set today. Jury selection is set for May 29th and trial set to begin June 4th. He appears again on Jan 11th to discuss DNA evidence motion which has been filed.

it seems so. different judges also. waiting to see if one folds before then. their defense attnys. probably do not want to try them together if one will blame the other.
I believe that is why they are having seperate court dates, because they are gonna roll on each other. When I was a teenager I knew these 2 guys who had gotten in trouble together fighting and they had seperate dates because one asked for it and he blamed the other guy..
