Wonder what happened to get Starla excluded from any court appearances for Pettaway.

From the incident reports dated January 11, 2012, Starla
Cowell shall be precluded from any court appearance in the
State of Ohio vs. Cameo Pettaway in courtroom #2 before
Judge James D. Bates. This restriction shall be removed
only if either party calls Starla Cowell as a witness at
any stage of the proceedings.
