isn't it a restaurant? i don't find that disrespectful if many people are expected and it's supposed to be a celebration of Lisa's life. not a drunken party, but a gathering of friends to remember her.
What is a memorial? I guess it could be different for everyone. I believe it is a time to sit and reminisce about your loved one. A time to talk and share memories. I think sitting down with a little food and drink is a great idea. Why not? Memorials that are held at gravesites where everyone holds a candle may work for some, but not everyone. It is mostly going to be a lot of young kids that are Lisa and her sister's age, so it seems perfectly appropriate to me.
