Williams will be back in court March 23 to deal with 43 motions which were filed by his defense team....one consisting of his mental status which his is currently undergoing testing.
so...where is this going? a flurry of motions to delay process, and mental health eval which is pretty routine. mental problems, maybe. legal insanity? i doubt it. the real game for defense lawyers is in the delays.
they appear very concerned about mitigating phase...that is after a verdict. and i'll be surprised if they get a change of venue.
i told maytee indirectly, in here, in Mock that if she didn't STFU she was going to have a negative effect on the trial(s) she wants. it would be quite inconvenient for her if it was moved.
