that's quite possible. i still expect someone to plea bargain, IF the state will allow it.
the only thing that might ensure the DP is the horrible and multiple nature of the murders.
but it's a long way from here to trial/conviction/sentence. a lot can happen.
and even then it's years of appeals ahead.
