But why can't the "I'm incompetent" psychiatrist also testify to the "I'm retarded" defense. So far it is just a motion requesting funds (x2). One for competency, and one for retardation. And it is going to take each of these "experts" a minimum of 30 hours with the defendant to reach their conclusions? 30 hours? To detect crazy or retarded? Now that is crazy and retarded, imho.
