See what Judge Bates has to say seeing as he has already granted $$$ for the defense to have Pettaway evaluated. And so far no discovery from the defense concerning the retard evaluation.
The Judge is going to call the defense out on that one, I bet.

I telephoned the Supreme Court in Columbus to-day and asked for the Clerk of Courts Office they said it was filed but, we will not be able to view anything on line, this is what I was told. It could take 15 days for an answer but, possibly sooner than that.
