I wonder whose trial will actually start first. I am also still wondering if prosecutors have pegged either williams or pettaway as the "mastermind", i don't know if this is normal protocol but another case i followed had 3 people charged in a murder, all different trials, the "mastermind" was scheduled last of the 3. After the first trial was over the other 2 made plea deals.
As of right now pettaway's trial is scheduled to begin 2 days before my bday. One slightly dumb sounding question for anyone who can answer (i often forget): is this the day EVERYTHING starts, as in selecting a jury, or would they have the jury in place already by 7/17? Still hoping to go to as much as i can of the trials
Also, this topic is back a couple pages now, but for the love of god i hope they pass the tard test. Or fail? Lol IOW they better be found to have a high enough IQ to be executed. Im sure they're fucking idiots but not legally retarded.
