TOLEDO, OH (TOLEDO NEWS NOW) - A pre-trial hearing for Samuel Williams has been moved from 8:30 a.m. Tuesday to 3:30 p.m.
Williams is accused of taking part in the murders of Springfield Township couple Johnny Clark and Lisa Straub.
One of the topics expected to be discussed at the hearing is a change to the scheduled court date.
He has pleaded not guilty to aggravated murder, burglary and kidnapping charges.
Cameo Pettaway is also charged in the crime.
