In the Williams case files, there's a filed letter from Robert Miller (Lucas County Prosecutor's Office) to John Thebes & Jane Roman that says "a supplemental witness list is attached hereto (stamped "COUNSEL ONLY"), but due to various safety concerns, is not being filed." (On page 1 of 8...only the first 2 pages were filed)

Is this saying that someone by the initials of TJ is doing a plea bargain or am I misunderstanding something?
Though this is public information, if the mods on here feel this is endangering someone, please delete this post.
