that's something maytee always denied and lied about, claiming they were merely 'house-sitting'.
maytee under oath will be the making or breaking of this trial. will the jury be so incredulous when they meet maytee, and the other cast of dirty characters, that they believe nothing?
I'm scared she'll cause a mistrial on the stand. I think the defense is going to work every last bit of crazy out of her.
it has been in the back of my mind for months, and i know i posted about it...that for some perverted reason maytee wants a mistrial. because some of her 'activities' are going to be revealed in court. what if she knew those assholes were going to rob the house looking for a safe? she brought up the 'safe' that very night at police HQ.
of course i don't expect either defendant to take the stand and testify.
i wonder who is on the witness list for today?
it's unconscionable that the public has no access to the court proceedings. they are public trials.
