Johnny S. Clarke & Lisa Straub- young Ohio couple murdered
(07-25-2012, 12:50 PM)pfifltrigg Wrote: i have asked this before but didn't see any responses. does anyone know if there is a likelihood of cp and sw being tried again for the same murder but with different charges if they are found not guilty in this trial?

for example, could they be tried as accomplices to murder, involuntary manslaughter, or something of the like?

isn't this what happened with oj after he was found not guilty initially? n just curious if anyone has any insight. thanks!

I believe in the OJ Simpson case....he was acquitted of all charges criminally. However, in the civil court he was found liable for wrongful death.
As for this case, I'm not for certain if they can be tried as accomplices. However, I do believe the family can sue them in civil court.
