If you are a juror and put everything together as a whole, one can deduct that the 2 perps were indeed involved somehow. With the other DNA at the crime scene that has not been tagged to a person, that is enough reasonable doubt to say, ok, others must be involved. How are these 2 involved? Murder's? That's not 100% yet. Involved yes!!! Murder's ? Well, might need more evidence for a yes. Also it only takes 1 juror to cause a mistrail. 1 out of 12.
