TOLEDO, Ohio -
A judge has dismissed the murder charges against Cameo Pettaway in the murders of Johnny Clarke and Lisa Straub.
Cameo Pettaway was accused killing Straub and Clarke in Straub's parents' Springfield Township home.
The couple was found duct taped with bags over their heads. Prosecutors pointed to a cigarette found at the scene with Pettaway's DNA on it, but Pettaway's defense team said the cigarette was moved.
