DB Your brother has been declared too dumb to kill. So are you now going to take on the responsibility of caring for him to ensure he does not hurt any other person on the face of this earth? And being acquitted does not mean that he is innocent. It means as of right now there is insufficient evidence to convict him. Personally, I'd like to hear his explanation for why he was at the house that day. Why was he hanging out with a known drug dealer? Your brother is not innocent.
