Did it ever come out at trial either one; I don't remember if it did. WHO told them there was a SAFE in the house? Why were they looking for something that wasn't there?
They both said they went there for a party a few days before that. That is why they said the cig. butt was there.
I went and looked at our box with the key in it also. There is no way of mistaken that it is where all the wires and backup battery is for our alarm.
