A little food for thought on the car and milage situation. People change or lie on vehicle titles all the time, usually to avoid paying higher taxes. So IMO, Johnny changed the milage along with price of car on the title to hook up the buyer of the vehicle, to save them money in taxes they will pay on vehicle.. That's probably what happen in this situation. Putting that amount of milage on a vehicle in that amount of time is virtually impossible. Essentially one lies on title of vehicle to trick the state to avoid money out of pocket on taxes..
