Shell - for being so close to the situation, you seem to have some facts twisted. They did not, in fact, have the same evidence against them. Eric Yingling did not testify in Cam's trial, nor was the jury privy to the recorded jailhouse phone calls between Sam and Steven Pettaway. In fact, for all Sam's worrying about Cam as a liability, he (Sam) was the one who ended up being the retard in this case. As another mocker stated - Loose Lips Sink Ships!
So a question for you - In Sam's phone call to Cameo (remember, Cam was the FIRST person Cam called - not his mom, not his gf/wife - Cam) he told Cameo to get in his drawers and get everything out of there - he "needed it all gone." What was he referring to?
