i think williams has a good shot on appeal. no judge likes to be overturned, and appeals are based on judicial errors, not trial evidence. i can't cite possible errors, but i am sure an appellate lawyer is working on it.

What of the trial do you think was improper or an error?
Appeals courts also don't like to overturn verdicts rendered by 12 ordinary people who listened to every testimony and looked at every piece of evidence.
as i said Mikey, i can't cite particular errors w/o Ohio statutes and trial transcript in front of me. but i do not doubt appellate lawyers are working on it. in my opinion it will come down to admissibility and credibility. i think he may win a new trial one day.
