Two Toledo men were indicted by a federal grand jury on drug charges after drug enforcment agents recovered about 500 pounds of marijuana, the U.S. Attorney's Office in Toledo reported.
John P . Clarke , 28, of 944 Colburn St., and Shimone D. Maxwell, 23, of 1918 North Superior St., were charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
If convicted, the men could face 5 to 40 years in prison or up to $2 million in fines or both.
This is Big John with the Federal charges. Does anyone know if Shimone Maxwell aka "Smooth" is dead or alive? they did a death verification research on Shimon Maxwell on Discovery.
500lbs of hash? that a lot...Even by UK sentencing (which is not as harsh as the sentencing in the USA) big John would still have been looking at a lengthy sentence for that!
Do we know how long he actually served on those charges?
