I've been following the Stephen Pettaway case since he is Cameo Pettaway's brother and Stephen Pettaway had phone conversations with Samuel Williams while they were both incarcerated at Lucas County Jail, Williams stated it should have been Stephen that was with him.

A Wood County Grand Jury has indicted a Toledo man with promoting prostitution, possession of heroin and intimidation.
According to the indictment Stephen C. Pettaway, 30, of Toledo, , is alleged to have "knowingly supervised, managed or controlled the activities of a prostitute in engaging in sexual activity for hire" on or about June 26. He is also alleged to have had 1.5 grams of heroin in his possession. Both counts are fourth-degree felonies.
The intimidation charge, a third-degree felony is alleged between the dates of June 26 and July 9. According to the indictment, he did "attempt to influence, intimidate or hinder a public servant, part official, or witness in the discharge of the person's duty."
His case is being heard by Judge Reeve Kelsey.

Ordered that a two-day jury trial be set to commence on December 12, 2012, beginning at 8:30 in Case Number 12CR359 and a one-day jury trial be set for January 9, 2013, beginning at 8:30 in Case Number 12CR360. Bond is continued.
Pettaway changes his plea.

The defendant was adjudged guilty. Ordered that the defendant is found guilty of the crimes of Count 1: Promoting Prostitution; 2907.22(A)(2)(B), F-4 and Count 2: Possession of Heroin; 2925.11(A)©(6)(b), F-4 and this case is referred for a pre-sentence investigation. Defendant to be present for sentencing on December 17, 2012 at 9:30. Ordered that bond is set at the defendant's own recognizance.
