I assume you are from Ohio. If so, you should be able to go to the court or possibly online to obtain particular records you seek? Or is this investigation ongoing? I get the feeling it is since there has only been one conviction and the other was dismissed. Correct me if I am wrong.

Our system has failed us , theres alot missing and from what it seems it all unfold right in front of our faces .
Do you have evidence that contradicts the conviction? If so, have you contacted your local law enforcement, or an attorney representing the convicted to persuade someone to listen? That would be a wise course of action in my opinion.
