To Truth Be Told: Detective Kozak testified at Williams' trial that DNA samples were taken from all immediate family members of both victims, as well as all police, EMT's, investigators, coroner and any other individuals (including family) who were at the crime scene prior to the bodies being removed. He also testified that this is standard protocol.

Yes, He did state that under oath....that doesn't mean that it is true. "All immediate members of both familes"...has still not been done to this date. Yes, this would and should be standard protocol. (That should be a no brainer!)

Umm...OK. I guess I completely discounted the detective perjury possibility. Maybe we should be looking for whomever was on the Grassy Knoll. Williams' attorneys, while not what I would consider much of a brain trust, made a point of trying to take issue with the investigation and show shoddy police work. Having access to all the information brought out at trial I have to believe even that inept pair would have called the detective on a lie about what potential suspects were cleared by the DNA. Catching him in a lie in court would have completely turned the tide and instantly raised reasonable doubt, if not a dismissal.
