I have been puzzling over it also OTD, I have questions??
ORD: Pretrial Inspection Granted and request for immunity.
What I'm coming up with is "Stand your ground law" it's new and Ohio liked the way Florida wrote their law up.
I wonder if Cameo's Lawyer is giving the new law a try? IMO
Pre-trial Motions Alleging Immunity from Prosecution under Florida's Stand Your Ground Law
Section 776.032 provides that, in certain circumstances, a person may use deadly force to stand his ground against an attacker and be free from the fear of prosecution. The statute effectively “grants defendants a substantive right to assert immunity from prosecution and to avoid being subjected to a trial.”
