Pretrial Inspection and Request for Immunity
Lt. Twinnings TPD has been ordered to produce said objects for pretrial.

All telephone calls made to Lucas County 911 in response to emergency situations are tape recorded by the agency. These tapes are then maintained by the agency in the regular course of the business. Ohio Revised Code Section 4931 49(E) states.
No person shall disclose or use, for any purpose other than for the 9-1-1 system, any information contained in the data base of the phone network.
So various Ohio Revised codes are in place here and if they are violated you can be fined 300 dollars or imprisoned up to 90 days thats the first offense for each subsequent offense, such a person is guilty of a felony of the third degree.
Therefor, compliance with the current request could subject the Board of County Commissioners of Lucas County and their agents and employees, Lt. Brian Twinnings, and employees of Toledo Police Department Communications to criminal sanctions.
So everyone from the Commissioners, their agents and employees, Lt. Brian Twinnings and the employees of TPD Communications Section be granted immunity. Further, that the immunity hereby sought be extended to any employee of the TPD Communications Section who is subpoenaed and testifies concerning the material sought by the request.
