Found this interesting in the article maybe they should not have dismissed this charge.
In October, 2013, Mrs. Vazquez-Clarke was arrested for menacing after she went to Mr. Burkett's mother's home and shone a light inside windows, according to a Toledo Municipal Court affidavit. Mrs. Vazquez-Clarke was also accused of driving by the Burkett residence “every night” and saying she would “hunt the victim and her son.”
The menacing charge was later dismissed.
