From reading the various court records, I think maybe LE arrested Maytee and stopped the booking process short of incarcerating her.
Instead, the booking supervisor had Maytee transported to the hospital; either because she was acting batshit or because she was wailing about some kind of extreme physical pain. Maytee already had an Own Recognizance bond in place stemming from the Obstruction charge and authorities knew where she was going and that she wouldn't flee. So, the court just continued the existing OR bond until her preliminary hearing for the new felony charge.
That's just speculation. @casual observer might have better insight having worked at the court.
