I actually expected the folks next door to Jacob to be arrested first. I don't know if he is innocent or guilty in this case, but I remember the chaotic situation that he grew up in. Fights, gunshots, car break ins. This alleged bad act isn't his first bad decision."
The mother should have to do his time. She dropped the ball. Someone has to pay for the death. They ought to let parents stand in for their kids in prison when they do a shitty job raising them.
