I think Jason Autry is going to testify against Zach Adams as a requirement of his plea deal; really curious about that plea deal.
There's a pre-trial hearing tomorrow. Adams' attorney is expected to request yet another delay to his trial, which is scheduled to begin April 3rd. I hope the judge denies the request.
According to his attorney, the state doesn't have any physical evidence connecting Adams to the crimes. She says police were unable to recover any DNA and they're relying only on circumstantial evidence (which is true in many murder cases).
The prosecution says they have witnesses and they have a green Croc shoe belonging to Zachary Adams; that shoe matches a print found in the Bobo carport from which Holly was abducted.
