Hooters has an "image" to maintain & I'm certain their interview process is in person only. Anyone can apply but not all are acceptable, they just can't say the person will not be hired because they don't have an impressive rack. I've never seen a Hooters server who wasn't attractive, never and chances are no one ever will because only the ones who fit the "image" will be hired.

I saw one once that had nice titties, but her face? Woof. I guess the boobs made up for it. Lets face it, no ones really looking at their faces anyway.
