According to prosecutors, Sara Packer and Jacob Sullivan drove Grace from their home in Abington, Pennsylvania the on the morning of July 8 to their rented property in Quakertown.

Bucks County District Attorney Matthew D. Weintraub said: 'This was a sexual fantasy that was shared between Jacob Sullivan and Sara Packer, and Grace Packer was the object of that rape-murder fantasy.'

Sullivan raped Grace while her freak mom watched for sexual pleasure. Then they pumped Grace full of pills and left her to die in a sweltering basement.

But, the next day when when the couple discovered she was still breathing, Sullivan strangled her. Her corpse was covered with cat litter and kept in the attic of the rented home in Quakertown for four months.

Meanwhile, Sara Packer took over $3,500 of Grace's disability funding and kept up the rouse that Grace was missing so she could keep collecting Grace's social security checks.

When Sullivan and Packer returned to the rental property in October, it is believed they chopped up Grace with a bow saw. Police found receipts for the saw and spare blades in the possession of her mother.

The couple allegedly scattered Grace's remains on a road in Luzerne County, two hours north of Philadelphia.

The body was discovered by two hunters on Halloween, and Packer and Sullivan were charged with her rape and murder in January 2017.

Jacob Sullivan admitted they both were responsible for her murder while in the hospital after a failed suicide attempt.
