So some delays again this morning, as legal issues were talked about, seems like it was about TLM's video statement that was shown last week as the jury has now been brought in for the first time today.

I do wonder what went on, as I beleive last week Judge Heeny told the jurors they may not use the video as evidence but has to the character of the witness?
