in the moment i doubt professional counseling was available. the immediate issue was to get the child under control. yep, good thing nobody tased her delinquent little ass. it is not unusual at all to temporarily place a child in cuffs. nobody sat her under a bare light bulb and beat her with a rubber hose.
but i'll bet we discover the parents have been negligent in getting her help. this was not the first time the school has had to deal with her problems.
