The weather here has been spotty lately, so I had taken out boneless pork country ribs to Bar-B-Que but in the Am when I woke up it looked like rain, so I seasoned up the ribs and threw them in the crockpot. Dug through the pantry and fridge looking for ideas. Here's what I came up with. I dumped a bottle of roasted sesame dressing over the ribs and added enough water to cover the ribs completely and went to work. Came home and chopped up 2 tomatoes, 4 carrots, an onion, a green pepper and 4 stalks of celery. The meat had fallen apart by then so I stirred it vigorously and added another cup of water with a tablespoon of habenero hot sauce. Let it cook for another hour and served it over rice. OUTSTANDING!
