Tonight's delectable delights:
1 dozen N.H. farm picked corn on the cob
1- big bucket of hot boiling water that;s salted like the ocean, boiled for 6 min drained and left sitting.
10 slabs of Salmon.
Spread on a tin foil lined pan thats sprayed with Pam
dried so they are not wet. Some sliced lemons on the bottom layered with the Salmon.
Cooked at 400 deg for 10 min.
Then broiled for 3 min with a nice sauce
The sauce is chopped fresh garlic a couple table spoons of brown sugar , 1 stick of butter , 2 table spoons of soy sauce, 2 table spoons of Worcestershire sauce and a splash of lemon juice. Also a little honey maybe 2 tablespoons. It really wasn't as sweet as it sounds.
It's OK. Nice and browned up.
